The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents Mrs. M R Bhoir opposes the Application but ultimately leaves it to the Court. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly the delay of 69 days in filing the Appeal from Order stands condoned. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. The learned counsel for the parties state that the above Appeal from Order be taken up with matter at Serial No.41 on today's board i.e. lgc
