This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on merits by this Court vide order dated 17th June, 2019 passed in Bail Application No. 1235 of 2019. 2.

It appears that though the applicant had filed Criminal Application No.1235 of 2019 in April 2019, he filed another application on 10th June 2019. It is pertinent to note that both the applications were filed by the same Advocate.

2/2 3 ba 1593.2019.doc The first application has been rejected on merits by a detailed order on 17th June, 2019. It appears that the applicant had filed an application seeking his discharge from the said case, which was rejected by the learned Special Judge (CBI), Greater Bombay. It appears that the applicant challenged the order of the learned Special Judge (CBI), Greater Bombay refusing to discharge him under Section 482 Cr.P.C., in this Court and the same was also withdrawn with a direction to the learned Special Judge to conclude the trial at the earliest. 3.

It is informed that the trial of the applicant has commenced and that almost 43 witnesses have been examined till date.

Considering the aforesaid, the application is rejected and is accordingly disposed of.
