The learned AGP has placed on record the letter dated 23rd September 2016 addressed to him by Tahasildar, Vasai which records that the seal on the premises of the 1st Petitioner has been removed and the 1st Petitioner's factory is functioning. The letter is taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification. 2.

In view of what is stated in the said letter, nothing survives in prayer clause (a). As far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, Sharayu.

8-WP-6307-15.doc the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that same prayer is also made in Criminal Writ Petition filed by the Petitioner. Hence, in this Petition the said prayer is not entertained, with liberty to agitate the said prayer in the Criminal Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
