This is an application for bail. The applicants are arrested on 7th August, 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 363, 387, 341, 506(2), 323 r/w. 34 of IPC. Sections 4 and 25 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the applicants submit that the victim had sustained single injury in the nature of fracture to his nose. 3.

Learned APP pointed out that several cases are registered against the applicants. Against Shoeb Amir Khan (Applicant No. 1) 07 cases are registered. 11 cases are registered against Applicant No. 2 and 12 cases are registered against Applicant No. 3.

In the circumstances, no case for grant of bail is made out. However, it is pointed out the applicants are in custody for a period of about 3 years. In the circumstances, the trial is expedited. 5.

The Bail Application stands disposed of. The Trial may be concluded within six months from today.
