Feeling aggrieved by the show cause notice dated 26th April 2017 (Exh.-C) issued by Respondent No.3 the petitioner has filed this petition.

Since the petition has been filed merely against the show cause notice, we dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to file reply to the show cause notice, if not already filed, within two weeks from today.
