P.C.:- The Order dated 22nd March, 2016 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune in Appeal No. RTS/Satara/51 of 2016 is impugned herein. By the said Order, the said Authority has refused to grant stay to the impugned Order therein. The said Appeal is pending for final adjudication before the Additional Commissioner, Pune. This Court by Order dated 25th November, 2016 has directed the parties to maintain status-quo during the pendency of the Petition. As the Order impugned herein is an interlocutory Order, it will be appropriate to direct the concerned Authority to decide the 1/2
