Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the vigilance cell report has been received. Next date of hearing is fixed on 21.8.2015. The petitioner undertakes to appear before the committee on the said date and participate in the inquiry. The matter, thereafter, shall be closed for orders. Learned AGP submits that within one month from today, the committee would decide the matter finally. In the facts of the case, we stay the hearing of the matter pending before Collector relating to disqualification of the petitioner as member of Gram Panchayat for not submitting the caste validity certificate, for a period of one month.
