1] These are applications for intervention in ABA No.804 of 2018. The first informant, namely, Mr.Dhanraj Savlani has lodged C.R. 2/3
osk 5-appp-714-2018 & Ors.odt No. 495 of 2017 with Khar Police Station, Mumbai. The applicants herein claimed to be the investors in the project floated by the accused persons. The applicants have not recorded their statements with the police till date. The applicants are neither informant nor witnesses to the present crime.
2] In view thereof, they have no locus-standi to intervene in ABA No.804 of 2018. If the applicants are intending to assist the Investigating Officer in investigation of the crime, they are at liberty to record their statements with the Investigating Agency in that behalf. 3] Applications are disposed off with aforesaid liberty.
