Learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 - Thane Municipal Corporation, on instructions, submits that 28 occupants at Kalwa side of Parsik Tunnel will be provided accommodation as per the letter dated 30th June 2017 issued by the Deputy Commissioner of the Thane Municipal Corporation. He also submits, on instructions, that other 46 occupants at Mumbra side of Parsik Tunnel, as per letter dated 30th June 2017 will also be provided alternate accommodation as contained in the letter dated 30th June 2017 issued by the Deputy Commissioner of the Thane Municipal Corporation. 2] In view of the said statement, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. We expect that the Corporation shall do the needful as expeditiously as possible in the interest of the railways, safety of the commuters of the railways as also safety of the petitioner.
3] Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
