Heard both sides. The learned APP accepts the position that role of the present applicant / accused is similar to that of the accused Pravin Vishnu Chavan who has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 8th June, 2016. 2.

Perused the papers made available. It is the case of the prosecution that accused persons have cheated public at large by collecting amounts from them promising handsome returns. So far as the present applicant / accused is concerned, he is only stated to be associated with the 1/2

8) ABA1088-16 Directors / owners of the Company. He has neither received the amount from the investor nor anything is shown to the effect that the applicant is benefitted in any manner in the crime in question. In this view of the matter, the following order :- (i) The order dated 30th June, 2016 granting ad-interim anticipatory bail to the applicant / accused is confirmed on the same terms and conditions;

(ii) As a condition of this order, the applicant / accused shall attend Pimpalgaon Police Station, Nashik on 17th July, 2016 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and co-operate with the Investigating Officer;

(iii) The application is disposed of accordingly.
