The Applicant is seeking his release on bail in connection with CR No.132 of 2019 registered with Andheri Police Station.

At the outset, the learned APP on instructions states that the trial has substantially progressed and four witnesses are already examined and only seven witnesses are remained to be examined further.

On this submission, the learned counsel for the Applicant states that at this stage she is not pressing this Application, if the trial is not over within four months henceforth, liberty may be granted to the Applicant to approach this Court

Considering these submissions, the Application is allowed to be withdrawn as not pressed. The Applicant is at liberty to approach this Court again for his release on bail, if the trial is not over within a period of four months from today. 5.
