Both these interim application and the civil application are for seeking impleadment as party respondent in the writ petition. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection if both the applicants are impleaded as party without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner and without accepting their rights and contentions raised in the interim application and the civil application. Statement is accepted.

The petitioner is directed to implead both these applicants as the respondents to the writ petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner. The amendment shall be carried out by 5:00 p.m. tomorrow. Reverification is dispensed with. 4.

The interim application and the civil application are disposed off in aforesaid terms.
