The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 66 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application. The reasons for the said delay are mentioned in paragraph 4 of the above Civil Application. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Shri Sachin Gite submits to the orders of the Court.
Considering the fact that the delay is of only 66 days in filing the Civil Revision Application, the same is required to be allowed and is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 66 days in filing the Civil Revision Application would stand condoned.
In so far as the prayer clauses (b) and (c) of the above Civil Application are concerned, it would be open for the Applicants to file a separate application seeking the said reliefs. List the above Civil Revision Application for admission on 19/10/2015. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
