1) The learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present in the Court submitted that in pursuance of the Order dated 1/7/2016 the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and has joined the process of investigation. She further, on instructions, submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 1/7/2016 is hereby confirmed.
