DATED : 22nd AUGUST 2022 P.C:- It is not very clear whether any offence has been registered in the concerned police station as the counsel for the applicant has invited my attention to a notice issued by "Mahila Thana, Rakabganj, Agra (U.P), where the applicants were directed to remain present on 24/6/2022.
Apparently, there was enough time in the hands of the applicants to approach the competent Court, if at all the offence has been registered.
The relief sought of releasing them on transit bail cannot be granted. In absence of the uncertainty about the C.R. Tilak
2/2 10.doc being registered and also on the ground that by the notice, they are directed to attend for the purpose of counselling. Application is disposed off.
