Mr. Talkute, learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

However, in the interests of justice, since the trial of the subject case is pending since 2008, we direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pune to dispose of R.C.C.No.3994 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioners as well as the complainant are directed to cooperate with the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate for disposal of the subject proceedings.
