P.C.:- Mr. Patil, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Applicant fairly conceded to the fact that, though by an earlier Order dated 5th April, 2019, liberty was granted to the Applicant to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial does not commence within a period of nine months from the date of Order, the Applicant without availing the said liberty, has directly filed the present Application before this Court. He therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with further liberty to pursue his Application for bail before the Trial Court in furtherance of Order dated 5th April, 2019. Leave granted.
