Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The application is moved seeking exemption from attendance to the police station, as directed by this Court in the order dated 14/12/2000 vide condition No.(iv). The above condition directed him to report to the concerned police station once in a month, on frst Saturday of M.M.Salgaonkar
2/2 33 IA-2187-22.doc the month between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m., till further orders.

The learned counsel states that the applicant has strictly abided by the condition and the said statement is not disputed by the learned A.P.P.. Relaxation of the condition is sought on the ground that the charge-sheet has now been fled. I am, therefore, inclined to relax the condition by directing his attendance on one Saturday in the trimester, between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
With the abovesaid relaxation, the application stands disposed off.
