We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.
The learned Counsel for the Revenue submits that the Revenue has referred the matter to Special Investigation and Intelligence Branch (SIIB) for inquiring about the valuation. The learned Counsel on instructions from the Officers of the respondent, who are present in the Court, submits that the assessment would be concluded within four weeks and an opportunity of hearing would be given to the petitioner.
