Having heard learned APP and learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, we find arguable case is made out for admission as against respondent Nos. 1 and 2 only. So far as respondent No.3 is concerned, she has already died. We also find that no specific case is made out against respondent No.4. Therefore, we grant leave to appeal only against respondent Nos. 1 and 2. The criminal application is, accordingly, disposed of.
