Heard Mr.Anup Lahoti, the learned counsel for the applicant. 2.
Mr. Lahoti states that the controversy raised in this application is amicably settled between the parties by filing Consent Terms in Petition No.F-391/2018 filed before Family Court No.2, Pune. He has tendered a photo-copy of the order dated 10.7.2018 by which the learned trial Judge dissolved the marriage by mutual consent under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Said order dated 10.7.2018 is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. He further states that the applicant is present in the Court today. He has tendered a photo-copy of applicant's Aadhaar Card, which is taken on record and marked "B" for identification. In view thereof and on the 1 / 2
