1] Applicant is seeking regular bail in C.R. No. I-140/2012 registered with Tilak Nagar Police Station for Offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

2] Amount of Rs. 5 Lakhs is deposited by the applicant. Same be transferred in the pending trial i.e. R.C.C. No. 359/2020 pending before 3rd Court, Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kalyan. 1/2

(i) Applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. I-140/2012 registered with Tilak Nagar Police Station for Offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. (ii) Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses nor tamper with evidence in any manner.

(iii) Applicant shall regularly attend the trial. Upon failure to attend any two consecutive dates, the Trial Court will be at liberty to initiate proceedings for cancellation of bail. 4] Application stands disposed of.
