The above Petition takes exception to the order dated 09/01/2015 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sangli by which order the application filed by the Respondents for production of document came to be allowed.

Having regard to the nature of the order passed i.e. allowing the production of document, no interference in the writ jurisdiction of this Court is called for. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, since the order of expedition has already been passed by the Lower Appellate Court on 20/11/2002 in Misc. Civil Appeal No.152 of 2002, the direction to expeditiously dispose of the suit/suits in question is reiterated. The Trial Court is accordingly directed to decide the suit/suits expeditiously.
