The Collector, Satara, by his order dated 22.4.2014 directed the Sub Divisional Officer, Karad to decide the representation of the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Sub Divisional Officer, Karad has not taken any decision in this regard. 2.

In the above circumstances, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the Sub Divisional Officer, Karad, to decide the representation/application dated 5.1.2016, as pps
