On 18/8/2021 this Court had recorded the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that an application was made by the petitioner to the Agricultural Land Tribunal under Section 84(C) of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948 (hereinafter referred to as 'the said Act' for short) and that the petitioner would be satisfed if the said application (Exhibit 'F') dated 22/11/2019 is decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.

An afdavit-in-reply has been tendered on behalf of the respondents, afrmed by Tahsildar, Sinnar. The same is taken on record. All objections are dispensed with.

In paragraph 7 of the said afdavit it has been recorded that the application dated 22/11/2019 fled by the petitioner to the SubDivisional Ofcer (SDO), Sinnar, has been forwarded for taking decision according to law. It has further been recorded that the SDO, Sinnar, will deal with the petitioner's application by following the due process of law.

In this view of the matter and in the light of the afdavit fled, Digitally signed by DIKSHA DINESH RANE Date:

2021.08.31 19:10:01 +0530 the grievance of the petitioner is for the time being redressed. The DIKSHA DINESH RANE application (Exhibit 'F') be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously.
