By the above Civil Applications, the Petitioner and his employer i.e. respondent no. 4 Airports Authority of India seek identical relief of expeditious hearing of the above Writ Petition. The above Writ Petition involves a challenge to the Order passed by the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee invalidating the Petitioner's tribe claim of belonging to 'Malhar Koli' Scheduled Tribe. Since the continuation of the Petitioner in the Respondent no. 4 hinges upon, his tribe claim, it would be just and proper to expedite the hearing of the above Writ Petition. The Writ Petition be placed for final hearing on 28/11/2018, to be placed at the bottom of the supplementary board.
