A praecipe is moved for withdrawal of this application because, during the pendency of this application the charge-sheet was filed. After filing of the charge-sheet the applicants had already approached the court of sessions for their release on bail and they are granted bail. The applicants had not withdrawn this application formally. Though they had moved a praecipe for withdrawal on 15/01/2021, the matter was not listed on board. In the meantime, between 15/01/2021 and today the applicants are Gokhale

01-ba-1429-20.odt granted bail by the sessions court at Solapur on 27/01/2021. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that the said application before the sessions court was filed in changed circumstances and he had moved a praecipe for withdrawal of this application even prior to that. Taking into account that the applicants had right to approach the same court in changed circumstances of filing of the charge-sheet, I am not taking any serious view in this matter, though the applicants should have withdrawn this application before obtaining any order from the sessions court.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives in this application. The application is disposed of.
