1] As this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the applicant makes a motion for withdrawal of the application. 2] Application stands disposed of as withdrawn. As a consequence, intervention application also stands disposed of. 3] However, this will not preclude the applicant from approaching the court below, in case if reasonable proposal for settlement is made to the complainant as the offence is based on dispute in partnership in relation to immovable property.

4] In case if such proposal is made to the complainant and there is likelihood of settlement, it is always open for the applicant to approach the Court below.
