The above Civil Application has been filed seeking amendment to the above Contempt Petition to add new trustees of the trust in question as party Respondents.

The learned counsel Shri S M Sabrad appearing for the Respondent Nos.1, 4, 6 and 7 and the learned counsel Shri Vinod U Shinde appearing for the Respondent Nos.2, 3, 5 and 8 state that they have no objection to the above Civil Application being allowed but the same should be without prejudice to their rights and contentions on merits. lgc

(4) can-91.16 The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly the new trustees as claimed by the Applicant are allowed to be brought on record as party Respondents. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. The Respondents represented by the learned counsel Shri S M Sabrad and the learned counsel Shri Shinde may file their affidavits to the amended Petition. Needless to state that the contentions of the said parties are kept open for being urged at the appropriate time. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
