1. This civil application seeks restoration of a writ petition which came to be dismissed pursuant to the order passed on 13 th October, 2016 granting time to remove office objections. It is a self operative order. On expiry of four weeks i.e. on or about 17 th November, 2016 since the office objections are not complied with, writ petition stood dismissed.

2. The Civil application is taken out on 4 th June, 2018. The reasons for the delay are set out in the civil application in paragraphs 8 and 9. Considering the averments and the submissions made today, and the opposition to the civil application on behalf of the respondent, I pass 1/2

(I) Subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- within a period of two weeks from today, civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

(ii) All office objections shall be complied within a period of four weeks from today.

(iii) List the petition as per CMIS.
