Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks expeditious hearing of Writ Petition Nos.1658 of 2017 and 8363 of 2011.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant is a Senior Citizen, aged 74 years. He submitted that when Writ Petition No.1658 of 2017, was admitted by this Court vide order dated 17th April, 2018, the hearing of the aforesaid Petition was expedited and was directed to be tagged along with Writ Petition No.8363 of 2011. 4.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed.

Registry to add Writ Petition Nos.1658 of 2017 and 8363 of 2011, to the Final Hearing Board, at its appropriate place, on 4th January, 2019.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
