By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No.2 - Rescue Foundation - Through P.O., to hand over the custody of the victim to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the interregnum, during the pendency of this petition, the custody of the victim has been handed over by the respondent No.2 to the petitioner and as such the petition does not survive.
