Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai declined pre-arrest protection to the applicant vide order dated 27 th May, 2021.

On 11 th June, 2021, the applicant moved second anticipatory bail application being Anticipatory Bail

Rane 2/2 ABA-1858-2021 (SR.10) 10August,2021 Application No. 1213 of 2021. This application is pending before the learned Sessions Court. Pending second anticipatory bail application, the applicant has moved this Court on 3 rd August, 2021. In consideration of the facts aforesaid, the present application is not maintainable. On this ground alone, the present anticipatory bail application is rejected.

It is clarified that, learned Sessions Judge shall decide the second anticipatory bail application of the applicant on its own merits without being influenced by the order of this Court.
