Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1, 2, 3 and 4-A invited my attention to the averments made by the applicants in paragraphs 8 and 9 of the civil application and submits that since the legal heirs of the respondent no.6 are already on record in the additional capacity with the applicants and the respondent nos.8-A to 8-E, 9-A to 9-B5 and 10 and 11-A to 11-C as heirs of the respondent no.6, this civil application does not survive. The statement is accepted.
