P.C.:- 1) This is an application for intervention by the First Informant Smt. Pooja Ajay Singh, in C.R. No. I-48/2018 registered with Oshiwara Police Station, Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2) For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

3) The applicant in A.B.A.No. 907 of 2018 is hereby directed to implead the First Informant Smt. Pooja Ajay Singh as Respondent No.2 in ABA No. 907 of 2018. The said amendment be carried out 1/2

Ladda 2 10-appp-719-18-in-aba-907-18.d within a period of one week from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned Advocate for the First Informant within the said stipulated period.
