Accused No.2 - Dayashankar impersonated one Julai Yadav, father of the applicant and applicant stood witness to the document of transfer of immovable property.

Applicant after arrest came to be charge-sheeted for an offence punishable under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 406, 465, 467, 120B r/w 34 of IPC.

To show bonafides, applicant has already deposited an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- which is alleged to have received in commission of offence in question. Since the said amount is seized by the Investigating Officer which is deposited by the applicant and BGP.

the fact that the investigation in the matter is already complete as the charge-sheet is filed, case for bail is made out. 4.
I am informed that there are no criminal antecedents. 5.
Applicant is directed to be released on bail in Crime No. 56 of 2019 registered with Goregaon Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 406, 465, 467, 120B r/w 34 of IPC on executing P. R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed by him.

As such, application stands disposed of.
