Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of this Petition. He states that in SCC No.18683 of 2010 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune, bailable warrant is issued against the Petitioner. The only limited relief the Petitioner is claiming in this Petition is that the execution of the bailable warrant be stayed to enable the Petitioner to approach the trial Court to establish his Digitally signed by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date:

The request is reasonable.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

(ii) The bailable warrant issued against the Petitioner in SCC No.18683 of 2010 by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune, is stayed for a period of four weeks. Within that period, the Petitioner can approach the Trial Court and make an appropriate application for setting aside the bailable warrant.
