ORDER:- Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for both the parties, we are inclined to dispose of the present Civil Application, specifically in view of order passed by this Court while admitting the Petition dated 7 September 2015, whereby it is observed as under:- "In view of order dated 15 May 2015 and also in view of averments made by the State Government in affidavit dated 12 May 2015, we are inclined to observe that matter is required to be heard early. However, the seniority list, if any, prepared, the same will be subject to further orders passed by this Court.

Hence, Rule, returnable after four weeks. To be heard along with Writ Petition No. 1607 of 2009." 1/2

ssm 2 12-caw1902.16.sxw Therefore, unless the issues are decided finally, in view of above observations, there is no question of granting any relief, except by observing that any promotion is subject to final decision of the Writ Petition.
