By order dated 03/02/2023 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.340 of 2023 this Court had granted pre-arrest bail to the Applicant in view of the statement that she would deposit Rs.3,50,000/-before the Trial Court within a period of four weeks. 2.

Time to deposit the money lapsed on 03/03/2023. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant could not deposit the said amount within four weeks as she had delivered a child. He therefore seeks extension of time to deposit the said amount. Megha 1/2
