Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant. The Applicant is the husband. As per order dated 27th April 2016 passed in Civil Application No. 59 of 2015, time was granted to the Sharayu.

21-1-CAM-172-16-FCA-294-16.doc Applicant/husband till 30th June 2016 to deposit entire arrears of maintenance in terms of impugned Decree dated 19th March 2013. The only prayer in this Application is for grant of extension of time to deposit arrears. The prayer is for extension of time till today. Admittedly, even as of today, the Applicant has not paid the entire arrears. Even according to the Applicant, the total arrears payable are more than Rs. 86,400/-.

Hence, no indulgence can be shown to the Applicant. The Application is accordingly rejected.
