None appears for the petitioner. This petition is pending in this Court since 2016. The petitioner had challenged the order dated 4th March 2016 passed by the Sessions Court, at Thane in Criminal Appeal No.19 of 2015 directing the petitioner to pay Rs.4,000/- to wife and Rs.3,000/- to female child from the date of application. The Sessions Court had also expedited the hearing of main application with direction to dispose of the same within six months. 2.

Learned APP brought to my notice order dated 5th October 2017 passed by 11th Joint JMFC, Vashi, Navi Mumbai wherein Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.113 of 2014 has been decided MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2022.01.31 11:09:38 +0530 by the Court directing the petitioner herein to pay Rs.5,000/- per month as rent to the applicant therein. The order stipulates directions to pay the amount to the applicant therein. Thus, the application before the Court of learned Magistrate has been finally decided.

In the circumstances, nothing survives in this petition and same is disposed of.
