The Applicant herein has filed this application for transfer of Marriage Petition No.153 of 2020 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Ahmednagar, to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, at Kolhapur. The learned Counsel for the Respondent has no objection for transfer of the Petition. Hence with consent, Marriage Petition No. 153 of 2020 on the file of CJSD Ahmednagar, is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Kolhapur, with direction to forward the record and proceeding of the said Petition to to Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kolhapur. pps

The learned Counsel for the respective parties submit that the Respondent-husband has filed an application in marriage petition for access and custody of the minor child, whereas the Applicant wife has also filed proceeding under Domestic Violence Act before the JMFC, Kolhapur wherein she has sought interim maintenance. The learned Counsel for the respective parties submit that attempt can be made to resolve the dispute amicably by appointing a Mediator. Hence the learned CJSD, Kolhapur is directed to make an attempt to resolve the dispute amicably by appointing a Mediator.
