DATED : FEBRUARY 08, 2016 P.C. :- Respondent no. 1 by its order dated 24th January, 2013 revoked the Video Cinema Licence and Ticket Selling Licence issued to the petitioner and this order is confirmed by the Appellate Authority namely the State Minister for Home. The said licence was revoked after giving an opportunity to the petitioner of being heard. Both the Authorities below concurrently found that Obscene films were being shown in the premises. We are therefore, not inclined to interfere in the findings of fact under the provisions of Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
