The application is filed for quashing C.R.No.85 of 2015 registered with Khar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 464, 467 and 469 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned APP made a statement that after completion of the investigation into the subject FIR, the investigating officer has already filed "B" summary report before the concerned Court. In the light of the statement, the grievance of the applicants no more survived. The criminal application is, accordingly, disposed off. [DR.
