Heard. The petition is filed for transfer of investigation of CR. No. 27 of 2017 registered with Economic Offence Wing, Mumbai for the offence punishable under section 406, 420 read with 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 to CBI or State CID. 2.

Mrs. Mhaispurkar, the learned APP having taken instructions from Mr. Gaikwad, API, EoW, Mumbai, who is present in the Court, makes a statement that investigation into the said FIR would be completed and appropriate report would be filed before the appropriate Court within the period of four months from today.
