On last two occasions, i.e., on 8th June 2017 and 6th July 2017 none appeared for the Petitioner. Today also nobody appears on behalf of the Petitioner. It seems that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this petition.

That apart, the petition is filed seeking directions to the Respondents to register an FIR on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint. The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that officer of the concerned Police Station had twice called the Petitioner for recording his statement but the Petitioner did not respond. Therefore, by his letter dated 14th November 2014 the Petitioner was informed that FIR is not being registered on the basis of the said complaint of the Petitioner.
