The above Civil Application has been filed by the Respondent No.3 for deletion of the reference to the "Secretary" of Home Affairs, in so far as the Respondent No.1 is concerned. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner Mr. Rajaram Mohan Roy makes a statement that the reference to the Secretary in the description of the Respondent No.1 would be removed so as to join the Union of India through the Department of Home Affairs, Shashtri Bhavan, New Delhi.
