The only substantive relief in this Petition is prayer clause (a) which reads thus:
rsk 2 56-WP-5644-16.doc "(a) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate wirt, order or direction under Article 226 and direct the Respondents scrutinize the Applications received in 2011 for Expression of Interest for Supply of Mid day Meal, afresh and decide the qualification and communicate the decision to the Applicants including the Petitioners."

By communication dated 1/6/2016, the Director of Education (Primary) Maharashtra State has informed the petitioner that the petitioner has been held as ineligible. Therefore, the relief prayed for in this Petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, the petition does not survive and the same is disposed of. The disposal of the Petition will not prevent the Petitioner from taking out appropriate proceeding for challenging communication dated 1/6/2016 subject to the objection of the Respondents.

In view of disposal of the Petition, Civil Applications do not survive and the same are disposed of.
