In view of the fact that the decreetal amount in terms of the award passed by the Reference Court, has already been deposited by the State in the Reference Court, the above Civil Application is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). However, the same would not be an impediment for the Claimants to file an application for withdrawal of the amount and the said application would be considered on its own merits.
