It is not in dispute that the revision application filed by the petitioner against the impugned order is pending before the revisional authority. The revisional authority has however refused to grant stay which order is impugned in this writ petition. By an order dated 19th June, 2018, this court has granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) of the petition and said order is in force till today. 2.

Mr.Kankal, learned A.G.P. for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 states that the revision application filed by the petitioner itself can be heard and disposed of expeditiously by the authority. He submits that the concerned officer is out of town for sometime to attend the Assembly Session.

The revisional authority shall dispose of the said application filed by the petitioner on or before 31st August,2018 after hearing both the parties on its own merits.

Till disposal of the said revision application and for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the said order to the petitioner, ad-interim relief granted by this court on 19th June, 2018 to continue.

The parties have agreed to appear before the revisional authority and shall not seek any adjournment. The convenient date for the hearing shall be communicated by the authority to the parties as soon as the same is available.

It is made clear that this court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter.

All contentions of both the parties on merits are kept open. 8.

Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
